Crust
1 cup all-purpose or self-rising flour
1 cup Greek yogurt
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Toppings
1/2 cup pizza sauce (I personally used San Marzano’s peeled tomatoes (crushed with my hands for a chunkier texture, similar to new york style pizza)
1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
17 slices turkey pepperoni
How to Make High-Protein Pizza
1. Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and Italian seasoning until a dough forms.
2. Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
3. Add the Toppings
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Add turkey pepperoni slices.
4. Bake
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Slice & Enjoy
Cut into 8 slices and serve warm.

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 17 slices turkey pepperoni
Instructions
- Mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning into a dough.
- Roll out the dough and spread tomato sauce evenly.
- Add mozzarella cheese and top with turkey pepperoni.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
You can substitute self-rising flour for all-purpose flour in this recipe. Since self-rising flour already contains baking powder and salt, you can omit those ingredients from the recipe.
