My Cooking Journey And Goals

My cooking journey started back in 2018, right around the time I started college. What began as me just trying to fry an egg turned into something way bigger—I discovered a love for cooking. I started experimenting with leftovers, learning new techniques, and playing around with different flavors. The more I cooked, the more I realized how much I loved it. It became my way to unwind and get creative.
At the same time, I also got into fitness. I knew I had to hit my protein goals, but I didn’t want to live on the usual “gym bro” diet of chicken, rice, ground beef, and protein shakes. I wanted meals that were high in protein but also exciting and tasty. That’s when I started figuring out ways to make foods that are both healthy and delicious, keeping them low-calorie and high-protein. It honestly felt like unlocking a cheat code for life.
Now, through my blog and videos, I want to share what I’ve learned with you. My goal is to give you easy cooking tips and simple recipes to help you reach your fitness goals without giving up your favorite foods. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring—it doesn’t always have to be chicken and broccoli. With a few tweaks, you can still enjoy burgers, pizza, brownies, and more while staying on track.
